Horse with a Name

The picture below was taken during the barangay election last October 29, 2007. The name printed on the body of that horse run as a barangay chairman or a village leader of that place. He was using the horse as his unique way of doing his electoral campaign. He just made his supporter stroll around the village while tagging along the horse. Indeed, it worked! He won the election. Congratulations chairman.

Maybe the new chairman will sing the song of America entitled "Horse with No Name..." but the lyrics will be slightly changed specially in the chorus and it goes like this:

You see I've been through the village
using horse with my name
It felt good to be out to campaign
In the village they can remember my name
